We are starting off the new year with a brand-new class: The Elimination Diet.

This class will focus on removing all sources of toxins from your diet and potential food allergies. Crystal Springe, our nutritional therapy practitioner, will help you gain awareness and clarity around your specific symptoms, triggers, and sensitivities, as well as how to best manage them.
Along with curating a diet unique to you, you will also have a support group to help you succeed and establish new and healthy habits for a healthy you. You’ll also get an eBook designed specifically for mindfulness development and recipes to help you on your new path to health.
