Our Self Defense courses are designed for helpers and healers. Therapists, nurses, doctors, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and similar professions will all benefit from this course.
Although the focus is on helpers and healers, the instruction we provide will be instrumental and applicable to individuals and professionals from all walks of life.
Helpers and healers have a special gift. They are able to provide services to others with empathy and selflessness. However, helpers and healers often neglect or are blind to their own safety because of their attention to caring for others. This course provides practical training on awareness skills, relevant self defense laws, physical skills, the use of practical self defense tools, and more.
This course provides the tools to help helpers and healers feel more confident and rightfully empowered. In doing so, that individual will be able to live life with less fear and limitations. The goal of this course is to teach confidence in safety skills while continuing to serve and help others.
