This is therapy rooted in liberation, connection, and compassion in Tustin, CA. Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, disconnected from your voice, or navigating a life transition that has left you feeling untethered? You do not have to go through it alone. I am Jena D’souza (she/her), an AMFT and APCC offering virtual therapy across California and in-person sessions in Tustin, CA. I specialize in supporting queer, trans, and BIPOC teens, adults, couples, and families as they move through trauma, explore identity, and reclaim a deeper sense of belonging and self-worth. My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in a belief that healing is not only possible, it is your birthright. Together, we will co-create a sacred space where your full self is welcomed and your inner wisdom is honored.
Therapy is more than a service I provide. It is the way I live in relationship with the world. I feel emotions deeply and view my empathy as a superpower. It is an honor and a privilege to be invited into someone’s inner world, and I hold that space with reverence and care. My clients often tell me they feel seen and heard in our work, especially when they have spent years being misunderstood or minimized elsewhere. Our sessions are collaborative and human. I bring humor, encouragement, and gentle curiosity, and I will always hold onto hope for you, even in moments when it feels hard to hold for yourself. Whether you are navigating racial trauma, anxiety, or the complexities of being a deeply feeling person in a fast-moving world, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

Therapy with me is grounded, flexible, and deeply relational. I meet you where you are, with no agenda except to walk beside you. We begin with nervous system safety and emotional regulation, then gently explore deeper patterns and past wounds as trust builds. You will find a space that is human, nonjudgmental, and compassionate, where both laughter and silence are welcome. Expect to be seen, to be heard, and to feel empowered. Expect therapy that follows your rhythm, honors your cultural truths, and supports you in becoming more of who you already are.
*S.A.G.E. offers sliding scale fees determined upon your financial need. Please contact us to discuss your particular financial situation to determine the session fee.

Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
We currently accept insurance from:
Aetna
Anthem Blue Cross
