How we connect shapes everything–who we are, how we love, and how we struggle. Many people come to therapy feeling hopeless, stuck, and uncertain what to do next. My work meets you right there, sitting with the hard feelings, navigating the contradictions, and helping you notice the control you already have–even when it doesn’t feel that way. Based in Tustin, CA and available virtually throughout California, I work with teens, young adults & adults ready to do that work.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, familial and relational conflicts, and relationship patterns through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. As a Mexican-American woman, I bring that lens to my own life as much as I do to my work with clients. This means I don’t expect anyone’s individual experiences to perfectly fit into a universal mold. Together, we can shape and understand your experience so you can learn to fit into your own narrative.
Being a therapist is as much a commitment to myself as it is to the people in the room with me. It was my own experience as a client that first drew me to this work, where I felt freed from old patterns and stronger in myself. This impact drew me to work in clinical mental health settings before graduate school, where I was further motivated to become a therapist who specializes in working with clients navigating identity, acculturation, and relationship patterns.
My therapeutic style is direct, playful, and authentic. Clients describe me as grounded and honest, someone who validates and challenges in equal measure. I show up empathetic, curious, and intuitive– and in-between the tender moments, there’s room for laughter too. I draw on a psychodynamic and humanistic lens that approaches our work together in a way that mirrors the natural complexity of life. It’s a reflection of our past and a window to our future, constantly changing, adapting, and growing. That’s the connection I’m committed to nurturing: where you can be vulnerable and authentic to understand your experiences, feelings, and identity. I work best with people who are ready to do exactly that.

Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
We currently accept insurance from:

Anthem Blue Cross
