What are your session fees?
Before you book your first session, you will get a FREE 15-minute phone consult with our Intake Coordinator.
Fees vary according to Holistic Practitioner, Service and level of experience.
Sliding scale fees are available upon request and are set based upon financial need. Ask our Intake Coordinator for more information during your consult call.
*50-minute counseling sessions from $100-$200 depending on experience and level of training
*50-minute Reiki healing sessions from $125-$200 depending on experience and level of training
Reiki Training + Certification and Self Defense Group Training can be found under our Events and Calendar.
*Therapy Sessions are held weekly until goals are met.
**Our Pre-Licensed Therapists have completed their Master’s Level education in counseling and are currently under weekly Clinical Supervision while they work toward Licensure. Licensure takes approximately 2 years of full-time work.
***Our Clinical Therapist Trainees are currently working on their Master’s Level education in counseling and are under weekly Clinical Supervision while they work toward their Master’s Degrees.
When is payment due + What are payment options?
The full fee or co-pay/co-insurance amount for your session is collected at or before the time of service via cash, credit card, debit card or check. We do not bill/invoice individuals for services, or carry account balances. A credit/debit card is required to be held on file for the 24 hour cancellation policy.
We accept cash, check, debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
We offer Super Bills for individual therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept some insurances and while we are able to provide a courtesy benefits verification and billing service for some insurance company’s, ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure coverage and/or pay for your session. Contact our Intake Coordinator for further information
What are your office hours?
Having a team of mental health and reiki experts affords us to offer a variety of session times. We are open seven days a week with daytime and evening appointments available. Enquire with our Intake Coordinator to schedule a time that works best for you.
What is your approach?
We are a Holistic focused team of practitioners who help people achieve and sustain wellness physically, mentally and spiritually (when it fits for them). We help people identify not only what’s not working for them but also their strengths and how to build on them. We work integratively with other practitioners that you may be working with and believe that each person’s journey to wellness is unique. We see ourselves as Guides along the way and collaborate with our clients in a goal directed way. The approaches used by our team are as unique as each individual that comes to work with us, however, our work is rooted in many different empirically validated therapy approaches as well as current methods with a high level of education and experience to back it up.
Who do you work with?
We work with children, teens, adult individuals, couples, and families throughout all stages of life.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place at 14081 Yorba Street, Suite 105, Tustin, CA 92780 (located right off the 55 freeway at the 17th Street exit on the East side of the freeway).
Our holistic practitioners offer in-person sessions as well as virtual telehealth sessions.
