Bree is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at S.A.G.E. She specializes in working with people who experience anxiety, depression, and family conflict. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2007.

Bree uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for treating a variety of symptoms, such as anxiety and depression. She strives to help clients define and understand their obstacles and set reasonable goals to empower them and make improvements in their life. She gives her clients support and encouragement in order to create change.
Bree provides a warm, safe, empathetic and non-judgmental environment for her clients, where they can be heard and validated. She is a compassionate Therapist who has a special interest in working with children/adolescents, individuals, and families.
