Supervised by Emily Celis, LMFT #101376
You have more control over your life and relationships than you might think. My work is about helping you understand that — learning to sit with the hard feelings, navigate the contradictions, and build the connections and life you actually want. Based in Tustin, CA and available virtually throughout California, I work with teens, young adults & adults ready to do that work.
Becoming a therapist is as meaningful a dedication to myself as it is to show up for the people in the room with me. My own therapeutic journey brought me here, and it was sitting with clients in my experiences before graduate school that confirmed I was exactly where I was supposed to be. As a Mexican-American woman with my own complex family story, my lived experience informs the depth and honesty that allows me to show up for my clients with more honesty.
My therapeutic style is direct, playful, and authentic. I use humor and genuine curiosity alongside deep compassion because growth brings complex feelings to the surface, and you deserve to feel supported through all of it. Clients describe me as grounded, honest, and balanced. Someone who validates and challenges in equal measure. I’ll always meet you where you are. I work best with people who want to understand themselves. Not just what they’re feeling, but where it’s all coming from.
*S.A.G.E. offers sliding scale fees determined upon your financial need. Please contact us to discuss your particular financial situation to determine the session fee.
Understanding yourself more deeply can create meaningful changes in your relationships, confidence, and overall well being. Therapy offers a space to explore patterns, navigate challenges, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out to start your counseling journey through S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center in Santa Ana, CA. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward greater self awareness, connection, and growth.
Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
We currently accept insurance from:

Anthem Blue Cross
