Meet Samantha
“Don’t set yourself on fire trying to keep other people warm.”
– Joan Crawford
At S.A.G.E., Samantha brings a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy, drawing on years of experience supporting individuals through major life transitions.
Since a very young age, Samantha has always known that therapy is what she was called to do. This calling led Samantha to study evidence-based modalities such as Attachment Based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. While Samantha’s diverse background includes working with trauma patients in high-pressure New York City hospital settings, she is especially passionate about guiding perinatal and postpartum moms through the unique challenges of this transformative time as a mom of two herself. Additionally, as a small business owner, Samantha has a love for supporting entrepreneurs through the unique yet immense stressors that present themselves to those with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Samantha’s goal in working with you is to create a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and understood. Together, you and Samantha will work to untangle the stressors of modern life, rebuild resilience, and cultivate clarity in order to make productive change.
