S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center is happy to provide a full refund to anyone who notifies us in writing or via phone of an inability to attend a course/workshop/class/event for which they have previously registered and paid for, given that they do so at least three weeks (21 days) prior to the course/workshop/class/event date.
Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit Policy
If notification for withdrawal from a course/workshop/class/event is received less than 21 days prior to the course/workshop/class event date, S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center will consider allowing for Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit to be given to individuals who had previously paid for that course/workshop/class/event. This is a one-time exception that may be considered at the individual’s request, and if Credit is approved, the following policies will be in effect regarding the Credit given: Credit must be used toward the same course/workshop/class/event being offered at a later time (Credit cannot be used toward S.A.G.E. Holistic Shop products, a different course/workshop/class/event, or any other services offered by S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center). The individual will be responsible for the difference of cost (if any) for the course/workshop/class/event they choose to use their credit toward and confirmation of attendance to the one-time exception for use of credit must be received in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org). Upon confirmation for use of Credit, individual reserves the right to withdraw from the course/workshop/class/event with ability to receive Credit one more time, but only if 21 days notice has been given for the second withdrawal. A refund will not be issued. If the second request to withdraw from the course/workshop/class/event is received less than 21 days in advance, Credit will be forfeited. Third requests for Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit will not be granted.
Exceptions to Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit Policy
If a participant withdraws or cancels registration in a course/workshop/class/event less than 7 days, no Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit will be given unless the minimum number of seats for that class can be filled (this varies per class and the individual must check in with S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center to check if the spot was filled).
Discontinued Course/Workshop/Class Events
At S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center’s discretion, we may discontinue courses/workshops/classes/events from time-to-time. Should this occur, S.A.G.E. will allow for the equivalent credit of that course/workshop/class/event to be applied to any course/workshop/class/event of the individual’s choosing. If the individual does not want to take a course/workshop/class/event currently being offered, the individual will forfeit the Credit given. Credit for discontinued courses/workshops/classes/events cannot be used toward S.A.G.E. Holistic Shop or other services offered by S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center. There are times with S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center may cancel classes due to low enrollment. If this occurs, registered individuals will be notifed 48 hours in advance and full refund or Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit will be awarded toward the same course/workshop/class/event; the individual may choose their preferred option.
Policy for Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered for certain course/workshop/class/events (e.g. Reiki Training, other workshop series, etc.). See course/workshop/class/event description to see if a payment plan is offered for a specific course/workshop/class/event. All payment plans must be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the course/workshop/class/event and confirmed in writing. All payments authorized through agreed upon payment plan must be made on time. All policies regarding Refunds and Course/Workshop/Class/Event Credit are in effect for those utilizing the payment plans (see above). S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center will not be responsible for bank fees charged for insufficient funds from payments received. If payment if not received due to insufficient funds, another form of payment is expected within three days of notification. This also applies to credit cards that are no longer active at the time payment was made.
