Honoring our innate need for connection and healing, I bring my full presence to our work together. My aim is to cultivate a real, attuned connection where you feel truly seen, held, and supported. I hope our sessions become a space where your pain, tenderness, and growth can coexist—where even the parts of you that feel messy, vulnerable, or uncertain are welcomed and feel held with genuine care and compassion.
Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, or struggling with low self-esteem, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. Some are navigating major life transitions, while others carry quiet, long-standing pain rooted in early or developmental trauma and experience relationship difficulties. I’m especially drawn to working with Asian, Asian American, and immigrant clients who have learned to stay strong for others while losing touch with their own needs.
For those carrying attachment wounds, connection can feel overwhelming. I work gently at the edges of what feels possible, helping you notice and lean into your capacity to be seen and understood. Our relationship becomes a container where you can practice trust and closeness. Over time, these moments ripple outward, quietly reshaping your ability to feel connected and alive in your other relationships.
I became a therapist because I believe there is a natural capacity within each of us for healing, resilience, and wholeness. When life experiences—especially early or relational trauma—disrupt that connection, therapy can offer a space to rediscover it together.

Clients often describe me as warm, spontaneous, and deeply engaged. While our work can be slow and gentle, it can also be alive, collaborative, and hopeful. We often work with emotions as they arise in the room, stay with them in the body, work through patterns that have been holding you back, and tend to those younger or vulnerable parts of yourself that may have learned long ago to hide or carry pain alone.
I deeply value the relationship we build and see it as central to the healing process.

Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
