Hi, I’m Madi, a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. My approach is integrative, warm, empathetic, authentic, and nonjudgmental, creating space for you to feel deeply, heal gently, and reconnect with who you are. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as you navigate your experiences, heal old and new wounds, and honor the person you are becoming.
I became a therapist because I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and the ability to create a space where people can feel deeply and heal gently. There is something incredibly meaningful about sitting with someone during the moments when life feels difficult and reminding them that they don’t have to navigate it alone.
When we work together, I want you to feel seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are. I show up with empathy, authenticity, and an open heart. I’m not here to judge you or tell you who you should be. Instead, I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and discover what healing looks like for you.
A big part of my work is helping you find yourself while also caring for the parts of you that may have been hurt along the way. I believe our past experiences can influence how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we move through the world. Together, we can gently explore those experiences while making space for the person you are becoming.
At the heart of my work is a question I often come back to: How can you heal your inner child while honoring the person you are becoming?
When you come into my therapy room, I want you to feel like you can take a breath and simply be yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to start. We can figure that out together- human to human.
I believe healing is about caring for the whole person. Our mind, body, and soul are deeply connected, and what we experience emotionally can affect the way we feel in our bodies, our relationships, and the way we move through the world. My holistic approach allows us to explore those connections and understand what you may need to feel more grounded, connected, and whole.
I believe this is your journey, and my role is to walk alongside you every step of the way. I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and explore ways to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
Whether you’re struggling with relationships, trying to understand who you are, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to work through it alone.
My goal isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to help you reconnect with yourself, listen to what you need, and move forward as the person you want to become.
*S.A.G.E. offers sliding scale fees determined upon your financial need. Please contact us to discuss your particular financial situation to determine the session fee.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of where to begin, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I would be honored to create a holistic therapeutic space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate whatever brought you here. Healing doesn’t have to happen all at once. We can take it one step at a time—making space for your mind, body, and soul along the way.
If you’re looking for a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapist, I invite you to reach out to me at S.A.G.E. Holistic Health & Wellness Center. Together, we can begin the journey of healing your inner child while honoring the person you are becoming.
Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
