“We cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.”
Carl R rogers, on becoming a person
At the core of my practice, I believe that our experiences shape who we are and how we interact with the world. By challenging ourselves to take a closer look at life’s most critical moments, we can begin to unpack their relationship to our present way of being. When we take a deep dive into who we are, we become experts of our own story and gain the power to re-write our approach to life.
In the counseling room, I foster a warm and affirmative space for my clients to safely explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. When developing a treatment plan, I consider all aspects of a person’s identity and how each facet uniquely impacts their lived experience. Through this holistic approach, I ensure that each client feels supported and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
As your therapist, I will always approach our work with compassion and care, helping you traverse life’s most difficult challenges.
