I work with teens and adults who are looking to understand themselves more fully, people who are thoughtful, often self-aware, but feel disconnected from their needs, emotions, or sense of direction. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, or relational and cultural dynamics that feel hard to name, our work can be a space to pause and turn inward. Together, we’ll explore the internal patterns, histories, and parts of you that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Through that process, we begin to make room for clarity, self-trust, and more intentional ways of being.
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being connected, seen, and understood. I’ve always been curious about people and find meaning in learning how their experiences, relationships, and culture shape who they are, and supporting them in finding their own path toward who they want to be. Clients often describe me as gentle, curious, and authentic. In my work, I reflect, validate, and ask questions as I walk alongside your journey with openness and respect. I focus on supporting self-knowledge, helping clients connect with the insight and strength already within them, and making choices that feel intentional, meaningful, and true to the life they want to live.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to meet you where you are. You can expect a grounded space where your thoughts, feelings, and inner conflicts are welcomed without judgment. We’ll explore the “why” beneath your patterns, unpack the impact of past experiences, and tune into the messages your body might be holding. I’ll offer reflections, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in cultivating a more honest and nurturing relationship with yourself. Above all, this is your space—to discover, make sense, and heal.

Answers to Common Questions About Our Services
Absolutely. You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from support. Many of our clients come in feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or just wanting a safe space to process life. If you’re curious — that’s enough.
We combine evidence-based therapy with holistic support like Reiki, spiritual care, and community education. As a nonprofit, we focus on healing — not hustling. You’re not just a number here.
Our holistic therapists are trained to hold space for you no matter where you fall on the spectrum of religion or spirituality – or absence of it. We have worked with a large number of folx who are recovering from spiritual abuse, religious trauma or who are having a faith crisis, but that doesn’t mean we have to even talk about spirituality/religion at all during your therapy sessions. If it’s important to you, we create the space for you to explore it in our work together.
It means we treat you as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. We look at mental health, emotional wellbeing, nervous system support, and a variety of other holistic approaches including consulting with your other holistic professional team members if you desire.
