Jamie Jang is working towards her Master’s of Science in Counseling at Cal State Fullerton. Jamie is here to walk alongside you as an empathetic, curious, and supportive presence in your journey.
Meet Jamie
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
– Buddha
Jamie’s approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe and supportive place to freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether your goals are recognizing and advocating for your needs, building healthy relationships, deepening self-knowledge, or something entirely different, Jamie believes having the space and time designated just for you can be a powerful tool for growth and healing. She is here to hold space for your emotions, befriend your mind, and explore what lies behind the surface.
Jamie believes in nurturing the interconnectedness of our being — the past, present, and future, as well as the mind, body, and soul. Jamie’s goal is to support you in the healing that feels authentic for you, leaning into your inherent wisdom and strengths to guide the way.
