DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Caroline Bailey\, AMFT \n\n\n\nJoin us for an Immersive Experience utilizing the medicine of Breath\, Sound\, and Community —  \n\n\n\nSaturday\, May 17th at 7:00 pm \n\n\n\nHere’s what the Night will include:  \n\n\n\n\nIntention Setting\n\n\n\nGuided Breathwork Journey\n\n\n\nSound Bath Meditation\n\n\n\nSacred Ceremony\n\n\n\nHerbal Tea Gathering\n\n\n\n\nLeave feeling renewed and more grounded in the truth of who you are. \n\n\n\nLet yourself be nourished in the community of others\, as you pour into yourself\, and replenish your Soul. \n\n\n\n(NOTE: Bring a blanket\, journal\, and water\, to accompany you on this immersive healing experience.) \n\n\n\n*Minimum of 4 participants required for class to be held \n\n\n\n*Must be able to navigate up one flight of stairs on a spiral staircase safely and comfortably.
