SUMMARY:S.A.G.E. Smudge\, Chakra Meditation & Reiki Healing:7-chakra series
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever heard of a sage smudge\, chakras or Reiki? We have combined these 3 powerful tools together in this ever-popular and mind-changing event on the last Sunday of each month as a way to step into that new month ahead with stillness and centered focus on your side. We invite you to join Emily Celis\, Founder\, LMFT + Reiki Master|Teacher for a 7-month in depth study and Reiki healing experience of the 7 major chakras.  Sunday\, June 26th\, from 6:30-8:00pm\, we will study the Third Eye Chakra. You will be guided through a teaching portion\, chakra meditation and group Reiki healing session with a crystal singing bowl tuned to that chakra for even deeper relaxation and healing energy.  What is the third eye chakra all about? Our 3rd eye chakra is the 6th chakra and is located in the center of our forehead. It can be represented with either an image of an eye or the color indigo and is connected to our personal intuition\, understanding of our minds and psyche\, our inner wisdom\, sensing what you need in your own life and following your own guidance. This class will bring focus to this energy center and we will do the work to bring more balance to this chakra and release anything that is no longer serving you. This class is for you if you are ready to more fully understand yourself\, step into more self love\, care and healing\, uplevel your life\, heal and step into that best version of you. Seating will be limited so there will be enough space for us to spread out and sit in circle with each other; you are welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket to get comfortable.
